Every day, children around the world are victims of violence and abuse, most often in their environment: at school or within their family and religious community. A slap from an angry parent or teacher, sexual advances from a neighbor or relative, harassment from classmates... millions of children live in fear of physical, psychological or sexual violence. Yet, the role of adults is to protect children and ensure their well-being. We will learn about examples how churches work with children and for child protection.
